Delia's first theater movie

For the first time we all went to see a movie together. We went and saw "Bolt" in 3D. Delia actually did pretty good. She didn't want to keep the 3D glasses on, but she did sit through the movie.

Gingerbread House

Shay and I built our gingerbread house today. I built it and she decorated it.

Sprinkles

Sprinkles make everything better. That is why I keep a little jar of sprinkles in my purse. A couple of times a week if the kids are really good we will go by McDonalds for a kids cone. Top this cone with sprinkles makes for a great treat and it's free! Whenever Delia see's the golden arches she says "Ice Cweam"

Seeing horses

We went up to see cousin Kaitlin's horse competition. Shay loves seeing the horses even though sometimes she gets a little shy.

Shay's last game

Shay finally got it... of course on the last game of the season.

A visit to the Dentist

Brock, Shay and I all had dentist appts. together. Shay really likes getting her teeth cleaned. Thanks Chris! You're the Best!!!

Family day at the Zoo

Today we took the kids where else but the San Diego Zoo...again. The kids LOVE riding the sky tram! After the Zoo we went to Chevy's for some yummy mexican food. Another good day.

The Mathis Family

We took family photos with Brocks family down at Seaside beach. It went well considering getting everyone to look and smile at the camera at the same time isn't as easy as you would think.

Vote 2008

We stood on the corners throughout Encinitas the last week building up to the election to show our support for Yes on 8. Shay had fun holding the sign and yelling "yes on 8" . One night it was too crazy to bring the kids with the combo of yes and no supporters on the same corner. A couple hundred people many in disagreement made for a very interesting night!

The Toothless Witch

After all that trick-or-treating Shay got to pick 15 pieces of candy and the rest she left out for the toothless witch. In exchange for the candy the witch left her a toy. Shay loved this!

Happy Halloween

We had so many kids trick or treat at our house! Brock handed out the candy while I took the kids with the Strebe's trick or treating around our neighborhood. Delia loved it!!! She's got "trick treat" and "ank you" down!

Halloween with Joy School

Joy school was at our house on Halloween. I took all 6 kids to Flower hill to trick-or-treat then we came back to the house and carved pumpkins. It actually went surprisingly well :)
