After church today we went down to the creek by our house and caught tons of tadpoles for the pond in our backyard. The kids had tons of fun and no one fell in. A sucessful trip!
The girls and I went out to the Pierce's to celebrate Daisy's 4th Birthday princess style. The girls loved when an actual princess showed up to play with them. To top off the day they live next door to horses that the girls got to feed. Yes shay was in horse heaven. Happy Birthday Daisy!
Tonight I went with my friends to celebrate Vanessa's birthday at the Brig then En Fuego in Del Mar. We had a great night catching up and laughing our faces off. Thanks ladies for a great evening!
Today we went with my friend Jana to her ward (olivenhain) to their easter egg hunt. The girls had fun painting eggs, decorating bags and of course eating all the candy after the easter egg hunt. Thanks Jana, Rocky and Sofia for a fun day!
It was so windy today that we figured it was the perfect day to fly a kite. So we took our kites over to nona and papa's and flew them in the lot next door. They went really high with the exception of a few crash landings!
We stopped by Nona and Papa's to say Hello and see all those crazy chickens. The kids let all the baby chickens out on the lawn and had fun chasing them around. Getting them all to go back in was a little challenging but entertaining .
We had the Henry's over for a little BBQ to spend time with them and little baby Sean. (Brock's god son) We had a great night talking and laughing and just hanging out. We always love spending time with them.
St. Patty's started off with green eggs. Ummm. Then Shay caught a leprachan in the trap she and blake had made and took it to school to share with her teacher Mrs. Janie. Then of course we had the traditional corn beef and cabbage for dinner. Yum. It was a festive day filled with lots of green.
We went over to Nona's and Papa's to celebrate Steven's birthday and for an afternoon playing with the cousins. The kids always have so much fun together. They held the chickens, swam, made fresh squeezed lemonade and just had ran around. How could they not have fun?
Brock and I met in highschool back in 1998, were married 4 years later, it's now 2015 and we have three beautiful daughters Shay Lee, Delia Demi, Alexa Marie and Sage Isabelle. I am loving life as a stay-at-home MOM keeping busy with household stuff and just having fun with the girls. Brock has his own buisness as a General Contractor. We love spending time goofing around with eachother or hangin' with our great FAMILY and wonderful FRIENDS. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and feel truly grateful for all of our many blessings.
