Bursting with Tangerines

Our little tangerine tree in our backyard is the best little producer. This year it is bursting with delicious juicy tangerines. It is the constant snack in our home right now. The girls love climbing the tree to get them. Shay knocks them down and delia picks them up. Teamwork :)

Dinner with the Missionaries

Tonight we had the missionaries over for a nice night of conversation and dinner. We try to have them over monthly. The kids love when they come over... but tonight after 2 cupcakes delia got a little carried away and ended the night stripping down to her undies. Oh Delia we hope this naked phase ends soon...especially while company is over!

Cozy Time

After living in our home for almost 5 years now we finally used our fireplace for a real fire. I have always had candles as I didn't want the kids to get into the soot in the fireplace...but it has been SO COLD that the wait is over. All of us are loving the warmth and glow of our fireplace it makes it so COZY around here.

Christmas Hats

On this rainy day the girls got a little craft and decorated some santa hats with glitter glue. My girls love anything that has to do with glitter glue...especially Delia.

Encinitas Christmas Parade

My kids love going to the Encinitas Christmas Parade. It's kinda fun to check out the creativity of the different floats and the decoration of the bikes and cars. It is a festive way to kick off the holiday season.

Zeus's Tree

This year Shay and I decided to give ZEUS his own Birdtree. We know he digs it :)

10 Year Reunion

Wow it's been 10 years since my days at TPHS. The reunion was held at the Hard Rock Hotel downtown where we had a good time catching up, laughing and dancing with old friends.

Danielle goes through the Temple

We were so EXCITED to go to the TEMPLE with danielle and the rest of the family. It was such a great experience to be there with her. We LOVE you Danielle!!

Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving the GREEK way this year. TONS of food (mom made 2 turkeys) SINGING ( delia loves her voice) and even doing the RING TEST on my belly. It was a great day ( and if your wondering the ring test said BOY so we'll have to see if it's right). I love my big fat greek family!

Great Season BLUE SHARKS

Tonight Shay had her end of the Season party for her soccer team "THE BLUE SHARKS". Shay had an awesome season this year. She scored so many goals every game. Shay we are so proud of what an AWESOME teamplayer you are! Way to Go!!

The Cardiff Way

Congrats to my GREAT student SHAY who earned a CARDIFF WAY award. These awards go to student showing excellect behavior in school. Way to go SHAY. I'm so Proud of you!!

Delia's Tea Party

Delia had a playdate with some friends that turned into a cute little TEA PARTY. These kiddos are so cute with their cookies and "tea" (apple juice)

Our Halloween Party

We love having our Annual Halloween Party at our House. Every year it gets bigger and better and this year we had about 120 people. We love checking out all the creative costumes and all the fun food. This year the Sodenbergs or "Kiss" won the prize for best costumes although there were so many other good ones. The kids always have fun playing games with their friends and what kids doesn't like taking home a fish and eating tons of desserts. Another great night and now were on the countdown till next year!
