I forgot I hadn't posted this so here's a look back to our Summer......The ABC's of Summer the way I keep my kids having fun and learning new things all summer long. I created a book ( which I have copywritten and bought the trademark to:) that we keep with us that motivates us to try new things not to mention one of the requirements to the book is that out of 26 letters one has to be a charitable activity, one has to be a educational activity and one activity has to teach my kids a new skill. We DO NOT do the letters in order so that we keep the book fun and spontaneous. My kids LOVE doing the ABC's of Summer and I love looking over our photobook at the end of the summer. The book comes with over 200 ideas of fun things to do with your kids from A to Z. By doing the ABC's of Summer I am teaching my kids to think outside of our normal day-to-day activities and try new things. There are so many things our city has to offer and this book has motivated us to go and find them.
